Salt and Pepper

I just discovered this blog and am loving this post about salt and pepper. Seems like I have tons of spices on hand, but the tried-and-true basics, salt and pepper, suffice just fine on their own, most of the time. Great to see my own experience reflected by a well-known chef.

Also, I love that he cooks with a toaster oven. Me too!
